SAM completed the recruitment of field staff for both Bahriaich and Muzaffarpur programs. Their orientation and training were also competing before the lock down.
SAM utilized the experienced trainers form Amethi who travelled to Bahraich and Muzaffarpur to conduct the
initial training and help the field staff to roll out the programs.
We expect to roll out the program in over 850 villages of the two districts. We are all working from home on our manuals, SOP, accounting procedures and our website.
