We are following both medical advice to keep our communities and field workers safe from Corona. While this has hampered our community outreach programs, we are determined to keep our communities away from harm. We have started a livelihood generation program for the migrants who returned from the cities. We are forming groups of women who will participate in the program.

Two members of each group will get a loan to start a micro business. (like selling vegetables). The group will meet every month and the borrowers will return the loan in monthly installments. After a borrower returns part or whole loan, the next person in the group will become eligible for a loan. We are in the process of hiring experienced field officers to guide and monitor the program.
